Creamed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 tsp. celery salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Slice or half washed mushrooms lengthwise.
    In butter, in large skillet over low heat, saute onion until tender; add mushrooms.
    Saute over medium heat, covered, stirring occasionally 8 to 10 minutes.
    Stir in flour, salt, pepper, lemon juice, celery salt, then milk.
    Cook over low heat, stirring until thickened.
