Mexican Layered Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans bean dip or 1 large can refried beans
3 medium avocados, mashed
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
1/2 c. Miracle Whip (optional)
1 pkg. taco seasoning (season to taste)
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onions (green onions may be used to add color)
1 can olives, sliced
8 oz. grated cheese
Preparation

Spread beans in a glass (deep dish) pie plate.
Mix mashed avocados, lemon juice and salt, then spread on top of the beans. Mix the sour cream, taco seasoning and the Miracle Whip (if used). Place this on top of the avocados.
Now, layer the rest of the ingredients in order as listed.
Serve with tortilla chips.
