Weekend Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 small zucchini, sliced
    paprika
Preparation
    Fry bacon on medium heat until crisp; drain.
    Remove bacon and drippings.
    In same pan, cook onion in butter on medium heat for 5 minutes.
    Stir in flour and pepper.
    Gradually add milk and cook, stirring, until thick.
    Stir in cheese, bacon, rice and zucchini. Pour into lightly greased 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle paprika on top.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Remove cover and bake 10 more minutes.
