Barbecued Dove - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. oil
    2 qt. vinegar
    salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. cayenne
    2 Tbsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Wash dove breasts
    and\tplace
    in a closed 1 x 1/2-inch welded wire
    basket.
    Arrange
    approximately
    1\tfoot
    above \"white\" charcoal (with all starter burned off).
    Sop frequently with mix to keep moist.
    Remove breasts from brisket (about medium rare). Do not overcook!
