Ground Beef-Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. diced onion
    3 Tbsp. raw rice
    3 c. chopped cabbage
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cook beef in oil until crumbly.
    Add onion, salt, rice, soup and water.
    Mix well.
    Place cabbage in a casserole dish and pour meat mixture over cabbage.
    Do not stir.
    Cover and bake in a slow oven at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
