Cabbage And Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small head cabbage, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 onion, diced
1/3 c. uncooked rice
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
3 Tbsp. tomato paste
1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Chop one small head of cabbage into bottom of a 3-quart or larger casserole.
In skillet, brown ground beef; add onion and rice.
Spoon over cabbage.
In same skillet with drippings, add tomato soup and water.
Stir in tomato paste and brown sugar. Pour over meat and cabbage.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Stir once during baking.
