Fluffy Coconut Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. softened cream cheese
1/4 c. milk
3 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/4 tsp. almond flavoring
2 c. flaked coconut
Preparation

Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Blend in sugar, milk and flavoring.
Fold in whipped topping and coconut.
Makes enough to frost tops and sides of two layers or a 13 x 9-inch sheet cake. Store frosted cake in refrigerator.
