Crawfish Fettucini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 lb. crawfish tails
    16 oz. pkg. bread egg noodles or fettucini noodles
    1 1/2 c. margarine (3 sticks)
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. plain flour
    4 tsp. parsley
    1 pt. half and half cream
    1 lb. Kraft jalapeno cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions and peppers in margarine for 15 to 20 minutes. Add flour; cook 10 minutes.
    Add parsley and crawfish; cook 15 minutes.
    Add cream and cheese.
    Cook 30 minutes over low heat. Cook noodles as directed; drain and add to crawfish.
    May seve as is or baked, 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    I find it tastes better baked.
    Excellent also with shrimp, crab or a combination.
