Chicken And Rice Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken (breasts are best)
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 c. butter
    2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
    5 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. celery flakes
    1/8 tsp. celery flakes
    2 2/3 c. water
    2 2/3 c. Minute rice or 1 1/2 c. regular rice plus 3 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Roll chicken in flour.
    Brown in butter.
    Remove chicken, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings to stir in soup, seasonings and water.
    Cook and stir to a boil.
    Spread Minute rice in 3-quart shallow baking dish.
    Pour all but 1 cup soup mixture over rice. Stir to moisten.
    Top with chicken and rest of soup mixture. Bake, covered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
