Chopstick Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. water
    1 (3 oz.) can (2 c.) chow mein noodles
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. salted, toasted cashew nuts (optional)
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    dash of pepper
    1 can mandarin orange slices
Preparation
    Combine soup and water.
    Add 1 cup noodles, the tuna, celery, cashews, onion and pepper; toss lightly.
    Place in ungreased 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle remaining noodles on top. Bake in moderate 375\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
    Garnish with drained mandarin orange sections.
    Makes 4 or 5 servings.
    If doubling the recipe, bake in 9 x 12-inch dish for 25 minutes.
