Party Ryes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. shredded Cheddar (part Monterey Jack or Mozzarella)
1 small green pepper, chopped (optional)
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 lb. Bob Evans Italian sausage, browned
mayonnaise
1 loaf Pepperidge Farm rye squares
Preparation

Mix all ingredients with just enough mayonnaise to hold together.
Place mixture by spoonfuls on Pepperidge Farm rye squares.
Place on cookie sheet and broil until cheese melts.
