Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chicken breasts (1 boned chicken)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. diced celery
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. water chestnuts
4 oz. mushrooms
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced thin
2 c. crushed potato chips (optional)
Preparation

Mix and add to eggs.
Put in casserole.
Fold in sliced eggs. Top with chips.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
