Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

2 1/2 c. cream-style corn
1 c. fine dry bread or cracker crumbs
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. butter
Preparation

Grease a 1-quart casserole.
Combine corn, milk and melted butter. Thoroughly blend in bread or cracker crumbs, brown sugar, salt and pepper.
Pour into casserole dish and dot with 2 teaspoons butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
