Al'S Chile - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    3 lb. beef
    1 qt. beef stock (5 bouillon cubes)
    4 large fresh minced garlic cloves
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1/2 c. chili powder
    1/2 Tbsp. red pepper
    1/4 c. masa harina, dissolved in water*
Preparation
    *Mexican corn meal, available at most stores.
