Creamed Potatoes Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced (4 c.)
    1 c. sliced leeks
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
    1 c. whipping cream
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, leeks and salt in a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Add whipping cream; dot with butter.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 until potatoes are tender, about 1 hour.
    Sprinkle with shredded cheese; bake until cheese melts, about 3 minutes longer.
    Makes 6 servings.
