Beer And Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef, cubed
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 to 3/4 c. beer
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/4 c. ketchup
    2 bay leaves
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour in baking dish.
    Cover.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 about 2 hours.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
