Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 doz. eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    9 slices white bread, broken up (crusts off)
    5 lb. sausage
    4 c. grated cheese
    4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Brown sausage, break up and drain. Beat eggs and milk well. Break up and drop into egg mixture.
    Add grated cheese and crumbled sausage.
    Pour into greased pans and refrigerate. Take out of refrigerator ahead of cooking if you want it to cook quicker.
    Serves 20. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
