Fool Proof Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups all purpose flour
    1 3/4 cups Crisco shortening
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg beaten
    1/2 cup water
Preparation
    With a fork mix together first four ingredients.
    In a separate dish beat together the vinegar, egg and water.
    Combine the two with a fork until all ingredients are moistened.
    With your hands mold dough into a ball.
    Chill for 15 minutes before rolling into shape.
    Makes 3-4 pie crusts.
    Store in refrigerator or freeze.
