Apple Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3 c. peeled, finely chopped apples
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. chopped nuts, toasted
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour muffin pans. Thoroughly combine flour, apples, sugar, salt, soda and cinnamon in large bowl.
Stir in oil, nuts and vanilla.
Divide batter among muffin pans (fill each 1/2 to 2/3).
Bake about 30 minutes (until toothpick placed in center of muffin comes out clean). Makes 2 dozen.
