Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 chicken breasts
    1 stick butter
    1 medium onion
    3 to 4 cloves garlic
    3 cans stewed tomatoes
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. Vermicelli
Preparation
    Cook chicken, debone and dice.
    In large skillet, saute onion and garlic in butter.
    Add stewed tomatoes, shredding the tomatoes with your fingers.
    Add to mixture 1 pound grated Cheddar cheese slowly and stirring as you add over low heat.
    Add chicken to cheese and tomato mixture.
    Cook vermicelli according to package directions.
    Drain vermicelli and place back in the large pot it was cooked in.
    Pour in cheese/tomato mixture and stir well.
    Ready to serve.
