Baked Catfish Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 catfish fillets
    2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese (fresh or boxed)
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper (white or black)
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. sweet milk
    1 egg, beaten
    2 to 3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/4 c. sliced almonds
Preparation
    Combine cheese, flour, salt, pepper and paprika.
    Set aside. Combine milk and egg.
    Dip fish fillets in milk and egg mixture, then dredge in flour mixture.
    Arrange in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Drizzle melted margarine over fillets and sprinkle with almonds. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
