Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts)
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Add oil, eggs, carrots and nuts.
Mix well.
Bake 3 layers 30 to 35 minutes or 13 x 9 1/2-inch pan 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
