Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/3 c. margarine, melted
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 (16 oz.) sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. sugar
    pie filling (optional)
Preparation
    Stir together 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/3 cup melted margarine and pat in bottom of a 9 or 10-inch spring-form pan.
    Set aside and prepare filling.
