Morning Glory Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 beaten eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 grated apple
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, soda, cinnamon and salt.
    In a separate bowl mix eggs, oil, vanilla, carrots, raisins, walnuts, coconut and apple.
    Then add to the flour mixture.
    Bake in greased or lined muffin tins at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
