Home Cooked Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 lb. chuck roast
    2 sticks chopped celery
    3 chopped onions
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 (24 oz.) ketchup
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    3 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cut chuck roast into chunks.
    Put it into big pan or crock-pot.
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, then pour over meat.
    Heat to a boil, then cover and simmer for 6 hours or you could bake it in the oven for 6 hours at 300\u00b0.
    When you can shred the meat apart with a fork, it's done.
    Shred all your meat and mix.
