5 Week Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
5 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 beaten eggs
1 qt. buttermilk or 1 qt. plain milk with 4 Tbsp. vinegar added
Preparation

Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl or dishpan.
Stir and mix well.
Combine the rest of the ingredients in order given. Mix well.
Set 2 or 3 hours before baking.
Bake in greased muffin tins 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Makes 5 dozen.
Store in refrigerator up to 5 weeks.
Use as needed.
