Cowboy Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion
    1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chiles or less if you prefer the soup not so hot
    1 (13 oz.) can Spanish rice
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion lightly in a 4-quart kettle. Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer for 40 minutes.
