Filipino Pancit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. cooked chicken meat, cut in strips
    1/2 c. cooked pork, cut in strips
    1/2 c. cooked ham, cut in strips
    1/2 c. shredded cabbage
    1/4 c. shredded carrot
    1/2 c. zucchini, cut in strips (or green beans)
    2 segments garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 medium onion
    1 lb. rice sticks, soaked until soft, 20 minutes
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute in oil the garlic and onion.
    Add pork, chicken and ham and saute 1 minute.
    Add carrot, zucchini and cabbage.
    Saute 5 minutes.
    Add softened rice sticks, soy sauce, chicken broth and salt and pepper.
    Mix well and cook another 10 to 15 minutes. Arrange in serving dish.
    Garnish with hard-cooked eggs.
