9 Layer Dutch Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4-5 med. potatoes
    4 carrots, sliced
    3/4 cup rice, uncooked
    1 large onion, diced
    1 can sliced mushrooms with broth
    3 large stalks celery, diced
    1 sm. can drained peas
    1-1 1/2 lb sausage (bulk-uncooked)
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 sm can tomato juice
Preparation
    In a large baking dish layer first 5 ingredients.
    Top with stewed tomatoes (cut into chunks - with juice) Pour 1 small can tomato juice over the top.
    Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours on 350. Uncover and bake for another half hour.
