Sweet Potatoes-And-Apple Casserole - cooking recipe

4 small sweet potatoes (1 1/2 lb.), peeled and sliced
2 cooking apples (1 lb.), cored and sliced
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
dash of white pepper
2 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine, melted
Preparation

Layer half each of sweet potatoes and apples in an 8-inch square baking dish coated with vegetable cooking spray.
Combine sugar, cinnamon and white pepper. Sprinkle half of mixture over potatoes and apples. Drizzle with half of the margarine.
Repeat procedure with remaining ingredients.
Cover casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Yields 8 servings with 120 calories per 1/2 cup.
