Chicken Purlo (Bog) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 good sized chicken
    6 to 8 strips bacon, diced
    1 large onion, diced
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 lb. kielbasa, sliced
    1 c. rice (long-grain, brown)
Preparation
    Cook chicken.
    Remove skin and bones.
    Leave in small pieces. Reserve liquid.
    Cool and remove fat.
    Fry bacon.
    Saute onion with bacon.
    Add mushrooms.
