Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. meal
1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. cream-style corn
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. buttermilk
3 eggs
1 onion, diced
1 pepper, diced
3 slices Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Pour 1/2 in greased pan.
Put cheese on top and add rest of mix.
Bake 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
