Snow On The Mountain - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small angel food cake
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. grated coconut
    1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Break angel food cake into bite size pieces and place in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Prepare pudding per instructions on box.
    Spread layer of pudding.
    Spread layer of Cool Whip.
    Top with coconut. Repeat as directed for second layer.
