Zucchini Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. raw zucchini
1/2 c. milk
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar, then beat in eggs.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Add vanilla, zucchini, milk and nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
