Company Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and shredded
    1/3 c. chopped green onions (green part only)
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Heat soup and butter until melted.
    Stir in sour cream and pour over potatoes.
    Add green onions and stir in cheese.
    Place in a greased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex pan.
    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Can be made ahead and refrigerated until ready to heat.
