Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 unbaked pastry shells
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 c. milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and nutmeg. Stir into beaten eggs and milk. Add melted butter and stir thoroughly. Pour into pastry shells and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake until done (about 30 to 35 minutes). Makes 2 pies.
