Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. fresh strawberries
1 1/2 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
Preparation

Slice strawberries and place in cooled pie shell; set aside. Combine in saucepan the water, sugar and cornstarch.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. Continue to cook over low heat for 2 minutes longer or until mixture is clear and thick.
Remove from heat and add jello.
Stir until jello is dissolved.
Pour while hot evenly over strawberries.
Chill until set.
Top with whipped cream.
