Arizona Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. grated Jack cheese
1 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (9-inch) pie crust, partially baked
1 c. half and half
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cumin
Preparation

Spread Jack cheese and half of Cheddar cheese evenly over bottom of partially baked pie crust.
Put diced chilies over cheese.
Combine half and half, eggs, salt and cumin.
Pour carefully into pie crust.
Top with rest of Cheddar cheese.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
Shake gently to test for doneness. Serves 6.
