Cauliflower Delite - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size cauliflower
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wash and trim cauliflower and break into flowerets.
    Precook them in boiling water with salt added for 5 minutes.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Combine flour and bread crumbs in plastic bag.
    Add cauliflower and shake to coat well.
    Fry in butter until golden brown, turning frequently.
    Serve promptly.
