Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 large eggs
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 c. spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly grease a 10-inch pie plate. Toss hot spaghetti with olive oil.
    Combine eggs and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
    Stir into spaghetti.
    Pour spaghetti mixture into prepared pie plate and form into a crust.
    Spread Ricotta cheese over spaghetti.
    Top with spaghetti sauce.
    Bake, uncovered, 25 minutes.
    Top with Mozzarella cheese and bake 5 minutes.
    Remove from oven; sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan and cool 10 minutes.
    Cut into wedges.
    Serves 6.
