Creole Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 kitchen spoon lard
    2 small onions
    2 bell peppers
    1 can tomato paste
    1 can crabmeat
    thyme
    1 head garlic
    3 pieces celery
    enough flour to brown
    2 cans shrimp
    oysters
    bay leaves
Preparation
    Heat lard in good sized iron pot.
    Chop onions, garlic, bell pepper and celery; fry.
    Brown with flour.
    Add seafood and water according to pot.
    Add thyme and bay leaves and let simmer.
