Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, chopped
    4 small zucchini, sliced
    1 can canellini beans
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can chicken broth
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Brown onion and garlic in oil until soft.
    Add chicken broth and let it come to a boil.
    Add beans and bouillon cubes.
    When that comes to a boil, add the zucchini.
    Let it cook slowly for 1 hour.
