Baked Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. shelled pecan halves
1 stick butter
1 egg white
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat egg white until stiff. Add sugar and vanilla to egg white. Mix well and coat pecans. Melt butter on cookie sheet. Pour pecans onto pan, single layer. Bake 10 minutes.
Salt lightly and turn over.
Bake 10 minutes.

Total baking time:
30 minutes.
