Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sliced onion
1/4 c. butter
3 (1 lb.) can stewed tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
12 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
2 c. shredded Cheddar
Preparation

Saute onion in melted butter in large skillet until tender (do not brown).
Add tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
Combine with macaroni and mix well.
Turn mixture into greased 3-quart casserole, alternating layers of macaroni mixture and cheese, ending with cheese layer. Bake in moderate oven (375\u00b0) for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
