Ingredients
    1 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Tartness will vary with type of vinegar used.
    We used distilled white vinegar.
    We have used apple cider vinegar. Flavored vinegars are good (tarragon, wine, etc.).
