Chocolate Pecan Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, well beaten
3/4 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
3 sq. chocolate, melted
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix shortening, salt and vanilla.
Add sugar and cream mixture.
Add eggs and mix well.
Add melted chocolate and flour. Mix in pecans.
Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
Let stand a few minutes.
Press with a fork dipped in cold water. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
