Scalloped Oysters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. coarse cracker crumbs
8 Tbsp. melted butter
1 pt. oysters, cleaned
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
dash of nutmeg
Preparation

Combine cracker crumbs and butter.
Put thin layer of crumbs in bottom of baking dish.
Alternate layers of oysters and crumbs, sprinkling each layer with seasoning.
(No more than 2 layers of oysters.)
Pour cream of mushroom soup over dish and top with crumbs.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
