Apple Nut Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. milk
1 c. peeled, chopped apples
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 pkg. apple-cinnamon muffin mix (I like Martha White brand)
1 jar caramel topping (warm)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease a 9-inch square cake pan.
Beat egg and milk in a large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Pour your favorite caramel topping over warm cake.
