Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cooked rice
    5 Tbsp. oil or sesame oil
    3 green onions
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    thinly chopped or sliced cooked chicken, beef, shrimp or pork
Preparation
    Heat oil.
    Add rice and stir-fry 4 minutes.
    Add green onions and soy sauce.
    Push rice aside.
    Add eggs.
    Stir the rice into the eggs.
    Add meat and heat thoroughly.
    Mix well.
