Quick Poppy Seed Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (18 oz.) pkg. butter-pecan cake mix
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. French vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 c. chopped pecans
1 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation

Combine first
five ingredients in a large mixing bowl, beat well.
Stir in pecans and poppy seed.
Pour batter into a greased 9 x 5
x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 5 minutes or
until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in
pan 10 minutes, remove from pan and cool on a wire rack. Yields 1 loaf.
